Job Title: Customer Development Manager, Shoppers Drug Mart. This role is based in Toronto and is expected to work in the office 4 days per week. Travel is required up to 25% of time. Hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
Work independently to develop, negotiate and implement a Customer Plan to achieve Financial and 5P Objectives for all of Colgate's brands/categories, and deliver annual sales/share targets.
Utilize Category Management Tools (eg. Nielsen Desktop), Atlas, LDIA to understand consumption and shipment data to identify brand/category performance trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Development, Marketing and Supply Chain to build business opportunities and ensure planning accuracy.
Collaborate with eCommerce teams and maintain weekly touchpoints.
