Position Summary: Advances the customer experience through direct handling on assigned accounts involving navigation activities connected to forecasting, scheduling, quality, pricing and warranty. Major Responsibilities: - Ensures that customer questions and problems are addressed in a satisfactory and timely manner with adherence to customer specifications. Ensures continuous specifications.
