This interim role provides essential coverage during the General Manager's medical leave. You will maintain customer account accuracy, assist in operational functions, and lead staff to meet sales goals. Your ability to engage with customers and manage collections will be vital to the store's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain customer account information
• Support payments and account recommendations
• Build authentic relationships to drive sales
• Review and close lease agreements with customers
• Lead accounts staff to meet goals on time
Requirements:
• Minimum 21 years old with valid driver’s license
• DOT certification requirements per state
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
