We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented **Customer Experience Professional** to join our Customer Support Organization. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for project, supporting Order-to-Cash (OtC) billing process and ensuring excellent customer experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Project managers, administration Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient order processing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement in an international environment.
