Your role involves meticulous planning, execution, and evaluation of programs aimed at Summer and Articling Students, and Junior Associates. This position requires exceptional project management skills and proficiency in digital tools such as Zoom and MS Teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Organize and oversee the legal curricula delivery process • Act as primary host to ensure seamless program execution • Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust based on feedback • Mentor presenters in adult learning principles • Ensure all programs meet organizational and CPD standards
