The Cultural Hacking - Studio Partner will be the visionary executive leader responsible for driving the strategy, business growth, methodological evolution, and AI-powered transformation capabilities of the cultural transformation practice on an integral scale. This role requires a strong disruptive thinking and AI mindset, constantly challenging conventional models of leadership, collaboration, talent, and organizational design by leveraging AI, automation, data‑driven insights, and human‑centered innovation to redefine how organizations evolve and operate.
