Purpose of Role
Lead the drilling engineering design, planning, and execution for Exploration Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives, HSES requirements, and industry standards.
Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality Drilling operations while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Wells, Drilling Engineers, Subsurface exploration team, procurement, and service providers to deliver safe, efficient, and cost‑effective Drilling operations.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior Drilling engineers, fostering team development and competence growth.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative technologies in Drilling operations.
