CRM Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
The CRM Specialist will support and elevate the Office of the Registrar’s use of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to plan, build, execute and optimise personalised, data‑driven marketing journeys that support recruitment, conversion and engagement of prospective and admitted students. They will create efficiencies and increased return on investment (ROI) through journey configuration, audience segmentation, reporting and insights, email and SMS execution, email design and the use of personalised and dynamic content within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Specialist partners on data integrity with Western partners including Admissions, Recruitment and the Web Team, and serves as the functional expert in optimisation and best practices for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
