Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy & Client solutions, the CRM & Loyalty Strategist (eCommerce) is responsible for developing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for various brand's eCommerce environments. While collaborating with our CRM and eCommerce experts, you will work on CRM, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation projects to help clients grow digitally.
