Crew Lead Job Description Job description A ServiceMaster Crew Lead will be required to enter, lead and work job sites that have been affected by flooding, fires, mold and sewer back up. Our employees are required to perform duties in homes, businesses as well as government buildings that have been affected by emergency situations. Out of town work may be required for large losses and catastrophic events. Must be available for On Call shifts as scheduled.
Job Duties: •Leads and works with technicians on the emergency response team to attend losses such as flooding/sewer back up/ fire/wind. • Confirms scope of work with Project Manager and/or Mitigation Manager. • Has the home owner(s) or approved authority sign off on the work authorization. • Manages all questions on site from homeowners/business owners in a professional, dignified, knowledgeable an...
