Shape student success as a Credit Recovery Teacher for Grades 9 and 10 this summer, working with Simcoe County District School Board. This position runs July 2-3, 2026.
Seeking an Intermediate/Senior teacher with expertise in Math and English, you will facilitate credit recovery for students who need additional support. Your focus will be on creating a positive learning environment while ensuring all students have the materials necessary to succeed academically. Daily attendance and progress evaluations will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach subjects including math, English, and science
• Collaborate with staff on student pre-registration
• Maintain an inspiring and resourceful classroom atmosphere
