Summary:
Credit & Collections Analyst Jr provides management and leadership of Mexico credit and collections function to achieve the best results and service levels in accordance with defined processes, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Include:
CREDIT & COLLECTIONS- Full communication with sales and customer service departments in order to coordinate collection, credit lines/days, material deliveries.
Develops relationships with sales, business finance, Commercial Services and relevant others to ensure highest level of service to Momentive customers.
- Develops and improves the quality and efficiency of the credit services provided to Momentive businesses.
- Defines strategies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Ensures collections targets, past due percentages are consistently achieved.
