The Creator Success Lead at this creator agency is the main point of support for creators working with the agency. You'll ensure they feel valued, informed, and set up to perform at their best, while keeping internal teams aligned with creator needs. This role blends relationship management, organisation, and problem‑solving in a fast‑moving, social‑first environment.
Guide new creators through their onboarding journey and ensure a smooth start.
Attend intro sessions, complete setup tasks, and build early rapport.
Manage the offboarding process professionally and accurately when creators leave.
