Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Business Development, the Creative Project Manager is collaborating in the creation and execution of strategic initiatives designed to develop strong and engaging business education and sales materials. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and creativity, supporting the end-to-end delivery of sales training materials and specialized business content. You will ensure that every project—from field team training to salon-focused profit strategies—is engaging, brand‑aligned, and includes support materials to ensure successful rollout and implementation.
