Actively looking for CPA Manager

Location: Penticton, British Columbia

Key Responsibilities

• Review compilation, review, and audit working paper files, including financial statements and notes
• Review corporate and personal income tax returns
• Assist in managing partner workload, deadlines, and resource allocation
• Schedule, budget, and monitor staff assignments and project timelines
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical review support to junior staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain knowledge of current accounting and taxation standards and apply updates as required
• Assist with bookkeeping and year-end file preparation when necessary
• Support additional projects including CRA reviews, advisory work, tax support, administration assistance, and practice management initiatives
