We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team at Marsh McLennan. This role is based in Toronto. It is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements with clients from all industry sectors
Advise on legal, regulatory, and business risks related to the Marsh & Mercer US business
Contribute to and reinforce the Marsh McLennan Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs (LCPA) Department’s Strategic Plan and initiatives that impact the LCPA organization
Collaborate effectively with business, operations and legal and compliance colleagues
Promote an ethical culture where employees are encouraged to voice their concerns and opinions
