Reporting to the Director, Registration, this role emphasizes legal advice related to registration operations under relevant legislation. You will oversee the processing of complex filings and resolutions while also engaging in investigative processes for suitability assessments. Collaborate closely with enforcement counsel and contribute to drafting important regulatory publications, ensuring cohesion among various market stakeholders.
