We are seeking an experienced and highly organized eDiscovery attorney to join our Litigation team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive eDiscovery strategies aligned with the litigation team's objectives, ensuring an efficient and defensible discovery process.
Conduct thorough legal research on eDiscovery issues, including emerging case laws, regulatory updates, and technological advancements, to provide informed advice to the litigation team on best practices and compliance requirements.
Represent the company effectively in eDiscovery-related matters, including promptly responding to discovery requests, negotiating ESI protocols with opposing parties, and attending depositions and hearings with confidence and preparedness.
Collaborate with external vendors to manage and process ESI securely and efficiently, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and cost-effectiveness.
