Conducting feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
Review construction plans and preparing quantity take-offs, along with contract preparation and management
Prepare and review detailed estimates and cost plans
Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan
Manage the procurement process, implementing procurement and contracting strategies, and participate in negotiations to ensure all stages (pre‑qualification, enquiry, analysis, bid evaluations, cost negotiations, selection and contract preparation) are performed effectively, including RFP revisions and evaluations
Ensure post‑contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively, documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
