Work Package Controller As a key member of the finance team, you will lead cost performance and industrial controlling for complex engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Act as interface with operations, monitoring cost evolution of work packages, identifying cost reduction opportunities and reporting cost overruns or productivity deterioration.
Validate Tender BOM, Engineering and Manufacturing BOM financials to support EAC, savings and variance analysis.
Bridge budget, forecast, ROFO and actuals line‑by‑line, identifying root causes and cost deviations, reconciling EAC and performing deep actual analysis by WBS.
Partner with Project Procurement & Finance Managers to optimise material cost control.
Monitor inflation, indexation and QCD deviations; drive KPIs, cost reductions, tender support and risk mitigation plans.
Serve as focal point for claims, material variances and SAP‑GSI cost data integrity.
