Role Overview

This position supports budgeting, forecasting, earned value analysis, and financial governance to ensure alignment between contractual requirements, cost performance, and organizational objectives. Working closely with Project Management and Finance, the Cost Control Analyst provides actionable insights that support informed decision-making and protect overall project financial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full project budget lifecycle from kickoff through closeout, ensuring accurate cost breakdown structures, system configuration, and alignment between estimates, cost codes, and contractual commitments.
• Participate in Project Kickoff Meetings to validate contractual scope, financial assumptions, reporting requirements, and cost control frameworks.
• Develop and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) forecasts, trend analysis, and Estimates at Completion (EAC), ensuring alignment between budgets, commitments, ...
