About This Opportunity

Mexico Statutory Accounting & Compliance
  • Own and maintain the plant’s standard cost system, including material, labor, and overhead rates.
  • Lead annual and periodic cost rolls, including analysis, documentation, and approval support.
  • Prepare and analyze manufacturing variances (PPV, usage, labor efficiency, overhead absorption) and clearly explain results to plant leadership.
  • Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliations, cycle counts, and reserve analysis.
  • Support month end close activities related to inventory, manufacturing costs, and accruals.
  • Develop and maintain cost accounting procedures and internal controls.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Partnership
  • Partner with Operations to identify and quantify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.
