Our client, a global market leader in the travel sector, is looking for Corporate Receptionist in Basel, Switzerland.
Your tasks
Work alongside one other Receptionist to ensure the Corporate Reception area is covered at all times and provide a professional Reception service to all customers, guests and visitors
Receiving and forwarding incoming mail and calls.
Ordering office supplies and catering requests
Badge and key management of the building and inventory
Support the CEO’s Executive Assistant when needed and cover in their absence.
Support of management assistants, especially in event organization and other projects
Oversee the Facilities within the office
Occasional assistance with HR tasks from time to time.
Your profile
Previous Reception experience gained either within a Corporate or Hospitality environment
