Description Our client a well known regional law firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys in a busy transactional practice. This role works closely with counsel on entity formation, financings, business transactions, succession planning, and sales, and offers exposure to a wide range of corporate and estate-related matters. Candidates should have 3-5 years of base experience in a transactional practice area.
