Salary: $65,000–$85,000 base salary + commission structure
We are currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer / Solicitor with 1–2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law to join a growing and collaborative legal team. Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements
Assist with incorporations, reorganizations, share purchase transactions, and related corporate matters
Prepare and maintain corporate records, resolutions, and filings
Support clients with wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning matters
Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice
Communicate directly with clients, professionals, and regulatory bodies
Manage files independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
