Your new role In this role, you will handle annual proceedings, resolutions, and corporation tracking, including provincial and federal common share incorporations and organizations. Responsibilities also include general corporate maintenance (such as director, officer, shareholder, and accountant changes), name changes, annual minute book maintenance and filings, and due diligence reviews on minute books with preparation of related rectification documents.
