The Corporate Human Resources Manager- Fluids will be a true generalist who will deliver exceptional service to the Fluids Business Unit.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the design, implementation, coordination and administration of policies and procedures related to all phases of Human Resources activities
Collect and analyze HR and safety metrics
Ensure all HR and safety apps are updated correctly and on-time
Corporate recruiting, assist plants as needed
Onboarding for Corporate staff
Create and update job descriptions as required
Assist with immigration and relocation as needed
Performance appraisal tracking
Assist with training for Corporate and plants as needed
Assist with succession planning and IDP's
Month-end reporting
Manage and track employee headcount/manning reports
