Manages the human resources function in corporate Mexico with strong emphasis in establishing and improving key HR systems and processes necessary to support the organization.
Support the executive team with programs and actions in all business decisions.
Provides services for salaried employees in staffing, management and organizational development, compensation, benefits, and training.
Provides guidance to senior management in the implication of changes in management policy or programs.
The position drives continuous improvement in human resources while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
