The Corporate Health & Safety Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Blue Moon Metals’ Health & Safety Management System across all projects and sites. The role provides corporate-level leadership, governance, and oversight, ensuring that health and safety systems, standards, and rules are consistently applied to both internal teams and contractors. A central objective of this role is to drive the development of a strong and consistent safety culture, supporting leaders and teams to integrate health and safety into everyday decision-making and project execution. This is a hands-on corporate role, requiring strong field presence and the ability to influence without direct authority, translating corporate expectations into practical, effective site execution within a fast-growing mining company.
