A minimum of 2-4 years of general corporate and securities law experience gained from a leading law firm in Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom;
Experience in corporate governance or a strong interest in focusing on corporate governance, public company disclosure and shareholder activism;
A self-starter attitude who embraces challenges and thrives in a fast-paced setting;
Exceptional client service skills and business acumen;
