About This Opportunity

Lead the Corporate Financial Reporting program at Canada Life, enhancing global ICOFR initiatives. Utilize your expertise in audit and compliance to ensure financial integrity across the organization.
As the Manager of Corporate Financial Reporting, you will report directly to the AVP and play a critical role in supporting our comprehensive ICOFR program. Your responsibilities will involve setting operational standards and collaborating with multiple teams to uphold compliance and improve business processes. You'll also mentor team members while fostering a culture of leadership within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory support for business processes and controls
