Job Description
Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and business law matters, both domestic and international
Advise on complex corporate transactions, contracts, and commercial agreements
Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and infrastructure projects
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations affecting the health sciences and life sciences industry
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks while supporting business initiatives
Supervise and manage external legal counsel and coordinate cross‑functional legal projects
Oversee intellectual property matters, including patents and trademarks
