About This Opportunity

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Compliance & Legal, this role involves the provision of company secretary, compliance and related legal support on a broad range of issues across the organisation. The Corporate Governance & Compliance Officer will also assist with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with the relevant regulations in conducting business activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting company secretarial and corporate governance function and activities to ensure compliance with Australian and Hong Kong regulatory and group governance requirements.

  • Providing assistance with arranging and coordinating management, board and board committee meetings, shareholder meetings and meetings of Group subsidiary companies.
