This role involves working closely with Indigenous clients, communities, and businesses on a range of commercial transactions, governance structures, and economic development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise Indigenous clients on corporate structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures
• Advise Indigenous clients on the creation of trust structures
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including leases, MOU, impact benefit agreements, and procurement contracts
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on interdisciplinary projects involving Aboriginal rights and title
