Shape AI Governance & Platform Strategy – Own Copilot billing models, security, compliance, data governance, and operational frameworks while establishing best practices for enterprise-wide AI adoption. Customer-Facing Solution Architecture Role – Work directly with client stakeholders to define requirements, design AI-powered solutions, integrate Microsoft 365 and external systems, and lead knowledge transfer for long-term success.
