JOB SUMMARY :

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Assets, the Commercial Assets Coordinator's main responsibilities are to establish, update and maintain commercial monitoring tools (procedures, policies, revenue tracking, insurance, etc.). 

The Commercial Assets Coordinator supports the Commercial Assets Managers in managing their respective portfolios. In this role, they coordinate internal activities, ensure rigorous and structured case management, support project development, and contribute to achieving the business unit’s objectives. To do so, they establish, update, and maintain monitoring tools for commercial tenants and partnerships (administration and monitoring of agreements and revenue, insurance, contractual agreements, etc.). They are also mandated to lead special projects and ensure the smooth execution of tenant operations.
