Under the direction of the Tenders Manager, the Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the proposal team within the Utilities group.
What You Will Do Here
Start to finish involvement in bids from Bid Sourcing, Coordination, working with Estimators and SMEs, Writing, Formatting/Polishing, Assembly, Reviews, Bid Debriefs, and Lesson Learned
Act as Client Liaison during the Bid Process
Document Management for Bid Documents, Tender Library, and supporting building and updating our Content Management System
Assist in building and updating templates, documentations, and internal reports
Compile and maintain project experience data, including case studies
Support marketing initiatives such as internal and external announcements, social media posts, etc.
Proofreading and formatting various documents for proposals and marketing purposes
