Coordinate and monitor the achievement of supplier productivity objectives by planning, organizing, motivating and coordinating the activities of the groups assigned to supplier operations
Help build and validate specific aircraft Scope of Work, to ensure suppliers understand their obligations
The role will be mostly based on the front line at the supplier facility managing and coordinating offload activities (>50% of the time)
Help review billing charges for offload activities
Identify, document and standardize the key processes leading to the achievement of objectives and share best practices within the organization
Manage customer aircraft technical issues with multifunctional teams to ensure issues are brought to resolution in a timely manner
