A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities:

  • Produce various documents related to human resources management, i.e. employment confirmation letters, file follow-ups, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
  • Answer questions related to employees' employment conditions, i.e. leaves, policies, change of address, etc.
  • Produce and maintain weekly reports (departures, terminations etc..)
  • Maintain various tracker/dashboard/dataset/forms
  • Coordinate the exit interview process, including sending out the questionnaire, updating dashboards, updating the exit file, working with the Workday team, etc.
