  • Planificación, plan anual de intervenciones tiendas, soporte plan de NPIs y categorías.

  • Plan de trabajo (Gantt de salidas a campo, Plan de implementaciones, Desarrollos, etc).

  • Elaboración de manuales por marca y categoría conectados a Brandbook y perfil de marca/usuario.

  • Planificación, control y seguimiento de presupuesto anual de Visual & Store Planning.
