Join Convoy as a Cash Receipts Administrator where your accounting skills will shape the future of our finance operations. Help manage cashouts and enhance customer relationships.
As part of Convoy’s robust finance team, you will be instrumental in handling daily cashouts and remittance processing. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years in accounts receivable, along with strong Excel skills. Your role includes performing bank reconciliations, completing daily reports, and effectively supporting the Credit Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cashouts received from branches
• Process remittance payments through the Billtrust system
• Support Credit Manager with payment details
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly
• Prepare daily financial reports and journal entries
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in accounting
• Background in high-volume receivables preferred
