Our client, a prominent construction company, is currently seeking a Controller to lead their finance team. The Controller will oversee financial operations, reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to establish financial targets and monitor performance against goals.
Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and maximize returns on investments.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
