This position demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to efficiently handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and project financial records. Key Responsibilities: • Manage weekly payroll and ensure accurate A/P and A/R processes • Maintain comprehensive financial records for construction projects • Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and assist with tax submissions • Track project budgets, monitor costs, and facilitate billing • File corporate annual and Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns
