About This Opportunity

Tasks

  • Oversee all accounting activities (full-cycle accounting, payroll, taxes, reconciliations).
  • Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.
  • Manage fixed assets, tax slips, and year-end obligations.
  • Work closely with auditors, financial institutions, legal counsel, and government agencies.
  • Oversee tenant-related matters (CAM reconciliations, leases) and insurance.
  • Participate in construction projects (budgets, cost tracking, invoices, timelines).
  • Maintain financial tracking by project.
  • Optimize accounting systems and tools (Yardi).
  • Perform any other related duties.
