Reporting to the Vice President – Finance & Risk, the Controller oversees the daily operations of the Finance Department, and ensures the accuracy, integrity and timely submission of all financial reports in compliance with the financial reporting standards. The position plays a key role in accounting, financial planning, financial analysis and internal control. Additionally, the Controller leads cross-functional collaboration and team development, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement within the finance function
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
Oversee general ledger activities, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
Ensure all balance sheet accounts are properly supported with schedules and reconciled.
Manage timely and accurate period-end closings.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
