Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Manage daily operations overseeing AP/AR, general ledger activity, and routine accounting workflows.
Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and financial controls.
Prepare monthly reporting by producing and presenting monthly statements and management reports via QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
