Your tasks
It is a important position to work in our new greenfield facility in Mexico to learn and support to develop our new plant in Mexico.
- Support the Operations Leadership Team with analysis, reporting, and decision making with focus on improvement areas
- Enable benchmarks to measure improvements in identified areas
- Manage and coordinate all Controlling activities of the plant
- Participate in and / or steer global or local controlling related and cross-functional projects
- Conduct employee dialogues, personnel development and coaching
- Support Plant Management in internal and external audits
- Prepare, review, and manage the plant budget and forecast (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.)
- Monitor and analyze planned/expected outcomes versus monthly operating results
- Prepare standard production cost setting and ensure compliance with CAG policies and procedures
