Draft, review, propose revisions, and negotiate contracts with customers for the provision of products and/or services, including exceptions to tender documents and requests for quotations.

Promote and ensure compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations, including obtaining all required legal approvals within the organization.
Generate contract reports as needed and actively participate in all aspects of post‑award contract management, including monitoring active and expiring contracts.
Manage and administer contract‑related records in the relevant contracts database on a timely basis.
Identify and propose improvements to existing contract‑management procedures.
Document lessons learned for sharing within the organization.
