Overview

The Contract Specialist at Client Healthcare is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts that support the organization’s Canadian healthcare business. This role ensures that all agreements are drafted, reviewed, and negotiated in alignment with regulatory requirements, Client Healthcare policies, and business objectives.



Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, including equipment sales agreements, service agreements, and technology/SaaS-related terms.

- Ensure all contract language is accurate, compliant, and aligned with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards.
