About This Opportunity

Job Description

  • Integrate the supplier’s timelines with your project schedule to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain open communication through regular meetings and factory visits to review progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions, production delays, or quality concerns.
  • Follow regular reporting routines.
  • Provide updates to the Master Project Plan and the Quality Management Plan, especially when deliverable dates change.
  • Process any requested changes to the Master Project Plan.
  • Develop recovery plans if needed (e.g., delaying shipments when site delays occur).
  • Address any deviations from the contract.
  • Conduct necessary logistics investigations and planning before commencing activities.
